Re: Losing the weight, it's pretty simple:
1. Eat a healthy, balanced diet. Avoid fatty, sugary and salty foods. If your diet isn't too good at the moment, try swapping sugary desserts for fruit salad, or if you absolutely must have soft drink, drink diet/sugar-free soft drinks instead. Trade that hamburger for a lean chicken and salad sandwich. Feeling hungry or thirsty? Drink plenty of water - it fills your stomach, making you feel less hungry. Remember, you don't necessarily have to eat less, you just have to eat better!
2. Set aside time each day for exercise. Make it a routine, i.e. do your exercise at a set time every day (if you're doing your exercise at the same time each day, you are less likely to forget about it). VARY YOUR EXERCISE. This is very important. Do not do the exact same exercise every day as it will start to lose its effectiveness. If your exercise of choice is walking, try doing a long walk in relatively flat areas one day, and on another day do a shorter walk in more hilly areas. If you have a treadmill with an incline/decline feature, set the program to 'random'.

Re: shaping up/toning your body, the best person to help you with that would be a gym instructor, but if a gym membership is out of your price range then look on the Internet for fitness websites. It sounds like you need to work particular muscle groups - try doing weights or pilates.

N.B. If you intend to do weights, I would most definitely recommend getting a gym instructor/personal trainer to assist you as doing it on your own can be dangerous.

Hope this helps you! :-)

oh come on!
if your body is looking like "pudding" then I can understand all gals round you - but it's not so , isn't it?
Okay I suggest you to go the gym and it'll be awesome and good for you if you'll have personal trainer , who'll give you right exercises for your future muscles
Be careful and just try to avoid some medicament for "mountains of muscles" cause some of them can be very harmful for your health!
Don't be desperate , good luck , see ya :)
