The hit on Drury or the hit a few years back on Lindros by Scott Stevens (the one where Lindros had trouble even getting up then was sniffing smelling salts like they were candles)? I think both times the skater was partialy at fault for having his dead down but I definatly think of the two Stevens was worse, he did leave his feet. Why do you think there is so much outcry over this hit against Drury?

Please could anyone tell me if i can photostat a document using my scanner. I have tried, and when it comes down to printing, the printout is all in a pinkish colour, other than that it's perfect. The trouble is the colour of the copy doesn't look original.
All the ink levels are ok and i have used the printers trouble shooter
and everything seems ok. I am now thinking it may not be possible to get a copy of a document using this proceedure, but i'm not sure. Please can anyone help with this.

Muslims will be SHOCKED to know that 'jihad' in Arabic means 'to struggle' and 'jihaad fee sabeelil laah' means to struggle in the way of God NOT to fight the non-believers and especially not to kill non-believers in terrorist acts. Nonbelievers or even believers can be fought ONLY in support of the downtrodden and ONLY if they are prevented from practising their religion. All other fights or struggles may be 'jihaad' for cdountry, self preservation, etc but not 'jihaad fee sabil laah'.

I m trying to learn Java by myself-self taught ( Is it a good idea?, thats a another question). when i try to compile, there is error 'javac' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

But there is a folder in C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.50_01\

I wonder is Java installed in my pc, why i am unable to compile it. I even tried it with textpad, there is no clue what so ever. Is self learning is not a good idea, because i could not faigure out this basic problem. Is there is any problem in Path or there is problem in class definition?

please help me to find a answer... Also guide me in learning Java through self learning.

I was thinkin' about what little I know about muslims, and it seems in the past (like when they ruled Spain etc) they must have had a different philosophy. They had all sorts of mathematicians, tolerated people of the book, etc.

Does anyone actually know the differences between ancient and medieval muslims or have any sources for me to read? THANKS! :)

An illegal murdered a 28 yr old, 8 months pregnant, woman, with his car. She was walking. He has been deported from the U.S. before, and he's back and charged with 2nd degree murder. Another hit and run happened two days ago by an illegal that was also deported at one time, and is now back in the U.S. The woman he hit was driving but is in critical condition. These are just a couple of examples. So is this happening everywhere? Or is North Carolina a hotbed for illegals?
