Try a group of products that are advertised on TV---ProActive. Yes, the products really work well. Start now. It costs about $49 for a two month supply. If you cannot afford this, then find a mall that sells ProActive in a kiosk. Purchase only the cleanser for about $25 and it will last 2 months.

Start washing your face every night, use a scrub and an astringent (in that order). Personally i pop my zits when they get to the point that they can dont force them or they will leave scarring. If the washing your face everynight doesnt work go see a dermatologist and see what they can prescribe you. Everybody is recomending ProActive but i have had a couple of people just in the little area that i live in say that ProActive didnt work for them. So ask a dermatologist and if he says that ProActive will work for your skin type try it if not dont waste your money because it can be expensive. But the best advise is to go see a Dermatologist they can give you the best advise.

Any product containing the ingredient benzoyl peroxide is good for treating acne because it actually kills the bacteria that causes pimples. Clean & Clear has an acne pimple cream that is pretty good...and for the scars, since benzoyl peroxide contains peroxide, it can lighten up some scars. It might dry out your face a bit, so be sure to use a good lightweight moisturizer that won't clog up your pores. It will say "non-comedogenic" on the label. You can use regular cream if you want, but only use a bit. Protect your skin from the sun by using sunscreen in the morning with an SPF of at least 15. Bioré has a pore minimizing moisturizer (part of their pore minimizing line) with an SPF 15. Drink lots of water (it'll help flush out all the toxins in your body and will help clear up your skin) and eat lots of fish. Fish fats are good for your skin. Sweating helps with flushing away all the toxins from your body and gives your skin a nice healthy glow, so get out and excercise. You can always try Proactive, but it is pricey. If your acne gets really bad - or is already really bad - you should book an appointment with a dermatologist. =) Hope this helps.

Use an acne wash of some sort. Proactive is supposedly very good, but the less expensive neutregina acne creams and soaps are apparently just as good and you can get them at stores like target.

Try eating healthy because junk food gives you zits. Also, try not to break the skin when you pop them. And always wash your face! Try Cetaphil, Biore, and Olay. Good luck! =)

Ive never had acne but had a friend who did. She used proactive and cleared her old scars and new zits up. At bedtime, use a small (pin size ammount) of toothpaste and sleep with it on it. it will clear it up.

Eat less candy, greasy foods, and drink little to no caffeine. That and scrub your face with a wash cloth and straight water. This is the most effective cure for acne. It's not complicated, jut difficult to break the habbit of junk food.

When they leave marks its usually cause youre trying to break them...don't. Like squeeze them to get all the juice out. Don't do that.

if you pop your pimples that's probably the reasons
you might be putting your hands on your face too much ( your hands can get dirty from touching too many things)
wash your face everyday with soap or go to your dermatologist for help
