If you go by fact, almost every single "American" is not an American. The only true Americans are Native Americans. All the rest of us are Europeans, whether we like it or not. I am a 3rd generation Irishman, and I'm very proud of my Irish roots. I consider myself Irish. Nobody I know considers themself American. I ask people, and they say, "Oh, I'm part Italian and part German" Or "I'm Irish" But no "I'm American" I don't hate America, and I have no violent feelings towards America, but I have always considered Ireland my true home, even though i have never been there. I tried convincing myself America is my true home, but my heart told me Ireland is. I would be 10X more proud to serve in the Irish Army than the American Army, although if I were drafted, I would sevre in the American Amry, even if it was halfheartedly.

I was called, hired, and went to Orientation for a job as a nurse at Cleveland Clinic Florida. On the last day, yesterday the head nurse who interviewed me said that because of my haircolor (ie roots were slightly showing) and the undershirt that i was wearing (long sleeve plain black under the scrubs the require), That i wasn't "professional" enough too work in there new start-up.

A start-up that caters mostly to rich white elderly patients. I believe this is discrimination, I was in uniform, my hair was clean and tied not disheveled. It had no bearing on my work experience or how I interact with my patients, I just didn't LOOK right for them.

Where can I go to get help for this? I don't want them to do this to anyone else.

I am on a diet right now and was 60 lbs overweight. Now I am 30 lbs overweight. I have been walking for over an hour nearly every day for 3 months. I was curious is it really true that you can turn that fat into muscle?
Is this a way you can turn a negative into a positive by turning the fat into strong arms and chest?

England brought culture and civilization to the savage lands of Ireland, Scotland and Wales. The Irish, Scots and Welsh were barbaric pagans with no culture- and England came in there and gave them culture- Why, over the years, have they all been so ungrateful to Engalnd? English culture is hands down the most superior in the British Isles- and I can only guess the animosity towards England is jealousy. The Irish in particlar should be on their knees thanking the English,for if it wasn't for England, the Irish would still be praying to rocks.
