I need some advice. I've recently been feeling very sad. I think it's depression and I'm not sure how to tackle it. I know it's not a genetic thing. It's entirely environmental. I've made lifestyle changes over the past months. I want to set my life back on track WITHOUT medication. Here are some possible causes:

This is my first year in college.
I've just started drinking alcohol and I drink semi-regularly.
I'm having trouble my classes.
I have a negative body image (despite the fact I have been told I'm very pretty).
I haven't been eating as well as I did at home.
For college, I moved over 2000 miles away and I don't keep up regularly with my family.
I am very irritable and sometimes mean to my friends.
I feel guilty over everything.
I just had to move out of my old room because of roommate problems.
I've had to help my friends through rough times.
I don't feel as confident as I did last year.
I'm single and always have been.

as an Englishman it always amazes and pleases me,that the Americans on this site and genrally are so highly thought of.They are always taken seriously and basically, you know when an American speaks,he is usually right.I say lets all keep up the good work and spread the word-AMERICANS ARE GREAT-

I had always suspected there was the elitist ruling the rest of the world and controlling all the wars, suffering and misery, financial ruins and of course, the financial success of their fellow brothers around the world. I can't understand WHY there are not more people speaking out about their dictatorship-and that is what it is, and why aren't we trying to crush these organizations and find someone worthy of being President who is not influenced by these societies, that is, if there is anyone left that could afford to run? Otherwise, I cannot fanthon ANYONE wanting to bring any more life into this sad, sad scenario.

Our divorce was just final about a month ago, and from Hell things turned out to change to heaven. We have been talking and respecting each other like never before. I told her that I still love her with all my heart and she said that she also misses me sometimes and if she could trust me we maybe had a chance to get back together which would be also very beneficial to our son who is only two and who loves both of us.
The reason why we got divorced was due to lots of conflicts and me trying to change the way she was. I also had problems with porn and chatted with old girlfriends from far away online (just being friends), which she didnt like a bit and I now that see all the mistakes that ive done in the past and after realizing that i lost the most important thing in my life which is my family, i changed.. and i want to show her that, but she is afraid that this is just another promisse. The thing is that I finally learned my lesson, but how can I show her that?

you cant have a democratic country in a country that has none nothing of democracy since its existance. people over there just cant do it, so why not just leave them alone and only go after al qaeda instead. arent those the ones who want to harm america. by being in iraq we make people want to kill us, if we leave we are no longer in many of the insurgents business. they no longer want to kill troops who arent there. let iraqis kill iraqis not americans.

Is this some kind of an allergy? I have this for 7 years now. What are the possible causes and medicines?

For the first two years i had been in and out of allergynologist and dermatologist clinic. They sent me for laboratory test such as stool exam, xray, urine, blood test, cbc, etc. etc. and after taking tons of medications i just stop going back to the clinic. I think two years of experiment is too much.

Mr.Serge.M, i installed msde2000a successfully in my system by using dos promt , my OS is xp proffesional with service pack2,and i also have sp1,sp3a and sp4 for sql2000 are in my hand. after installing msde there is an sql server service manager is running in system and its icon is on the task bar Server name as PRAYATH-89DA82\LALS , Services given as sql server.Still there is a message that this OS does not spport sql server2000 and you can install accessory tools, whenever i try to install sql. i hered that installing sql server 2000 is possible in xp having sp2.

Sheeple People who refuse to accept the fact that the Bush administration Orchestrated the Terror Attacks of 911 are just plain ignorant. It's impossible for Jet fuel or Kerosene to melt iron...LOOK AT THE PERIODIC TABLE OF ELEMENTS. Also if the floors collapsed causing a chain reaction it would have taken well over 90 seconds for the buildings to come down. They came down at free fall speed....9 seconds. There is no logical argument here. Explosives were pre-planted in the building. Case closed! Why are so many people having a hard time accepting this?
