Does this mean I should get a booster? Or do I still have enough antibodies?

Well, I'm not sure of the number range in that particular lab but, a high value of Hepatitis B surface antibody (Anti HBs) means that you have sufficient antibody against the infection from previous vaccination.
Check the normal value on the lab data.....if its within expected value then you don't need a booster.
