I don't know, I've never heard of green tea ice cream before but it sounds really good. Call around to local ice cream shops and ask if they do catering. Then ask if they have green tea ice cream. That's about all I can think of. If it comes right down to the wire, you might end up getting 400 servings of vanilla ice cream and just add tea leaves on top of it yourself.

If you have a japanese store near you, go buy some Maccha (green tea powder). They come in tiny little tins. Then go get your favorite vanilla ice-cream, let it melt a little. Mix a few tea spoons of macca with a LITTLE hot water (just enough to dissolve it). Mix it with the ice-cream. Return to freezer. I like this because you can adjust how much green tea flavour it has. Allrecipes.com have recipe that doesn't need an ice-cream maker (or eggs), mix a bit of dissolved maccha in it, it's fantastic.

Green Tea Ice Cream
1 pint vanilla ice cream or soy ice cream
1 1/2 teaspoons green tea powder, matcha

Let the ice cream soften but not melt. Stir in the green tea powder "matcha" and refreeze until firm.

Freeze the mixture in an ice cream maker, following instructions of the ice cream maker.
For the Sauce:.
Mix sugar and maccha green tea powder in a bowl.
