I've never really understood temperature and the science around it.

When something reaches absolute zero, does it still have a temperature?

Can an object have no temperature?

If you can answer this in Layman's terms, I thank you.

But mine is dying and pathetic and lifeless?

Theirs is full of flowers and creepers that are brilliant greens, healthy and vibrant, mine, I water every day, give plant food and take care is wilting and browning and dying! Do I care too much? If I water them or if I don't, it's the same result, I don't have green fingers I have POISONED fingers!!! it drives me nuts!

(I'm in a tropical environment, yes my plants are tropical and in other's houses flourish with vigour, but mine? PAH! I'm well sick I tell you) :-(

Hi all, I'm in a Vicious circle.

I was paying an old Poll Tax Bill at £80 a month, been doing this for about a year, However, last November I did not pay it, I had a lot of bills that month which consequently meant that my account was empty before the standing order was fufilled.
Half way through December I got a letter from the council stating that a Detatchment of Earning was going to be taken from my wages.
I accepted the fact that this money was going to come out of my account in Jan pay packet.
However come Jan, they took out £450. that left me totally broke, I only had enough left to pay my rent and a few other things.
My loan was not paid nor was my credit card because I had nothing left.
This month I have found out that the bank paid my loan anyway but because of that and £100 worth of charges has left me £320 overdrawn.
Another DOE come out again, this time £244(which is the last one)
But now I still have only enough to pay my rent.
So I'm in a vicious circle.

If you are on patrol and someone runs hysterically to your patrol car… looking at the person hand you can see what appears to be a weapon of some sort. You know its something in their hands but you cannot make out what it is… since it’s dark. What do you do since the weapon may be directed towards you…? I mean a slit-second decision may make a difference… do you shout police… drop your weapon or do you just shoot as you may be threatened by an unidentified weapon which could turn out to be a firearm?

When I type "ipconfig /all" into the command prompt, it reveals a different IP address than IP fetching websites.

I've tried numerous websites, and they always give me the same number, just not the one my computer gives me.

This is causing a problem with a program I use called DC++, in which it says that I have the wrong IP address.

Can anyone help me?
