Becuase my family doctor is not an OBGYN and does not deliver babies I have been reffered to a maternity clinic where I will be going for my first appt. on Monday. Feb.26. At 6 weeks 4 days I had an ultrasound that showed the heartbeat and now I am 9 weeks 4 days. I am a lttile nervous about going for the first actual prenatal appt. I know it seems ridiculous but I'm scared they won't find everything to be normal and/or not hear a heartbeat.......and tell me the baby has died or something....? Why am I so nervous?

I'm a first time mom.

Going on a narrowboat holiday tomorrow.Is the flooding going down?
I need to be able to navigate from Sawley Marina to the Trent and Mersey canal at Derwent mouth at about 14.00 Hrs tomorrow ( 24/2).

my cat was in the hospital since monday and he got to come home today.. his behavior is weird and he doesnt seem himself. He's the only animal in the house and Im thinking that he became stressed out becuase of the other animals? He isnt really himself... and Im scared for him.... anyone with the same experience?

this is part 2 to my other question.

Salamanca has many places to visit. first we went to "Casa de las Conchas" its a very beautiful building made from stone and seashells collected from the beach.inside is the public library but it used to be the palace of Rodrigo Maldonado. Then we visited The Plaza Mayor,it's purpose almost resembles an american mall. it has restaurants,cafes,shops,and offices. We also visited the 'Iglesia Convento de San Esteban'.it is an amazing church built in the 1500's.it has many carvings and statues of people. After that we saw a bull fight at the Museo Taurino.it is a musuem that has pictures and painting of bulls and bullfighting. they also have bull fights. the museum has a display of swords,banderillas,and capes.

To eat we went to the restaurant "Chez Victor".it is located right next to The Plaza Mayor which is in the center of the city. The food was amazing! I loved the carrillada de buey braseada con jengibre.

She is turning thirteen this year, and she talks to items in her room. I find this disturbing, but when I confront her she tells me it's normal. She talks all night long to her teddies, blankets, pictures on her walls, and sometimes even the television. I'm worried about her, I fear that something might be wrong in her head. Should a girl turning thirteen be doing this? I know it's not one of those "Oh no! I'm going to be a teenager soon, I want to be a kid as long as possible!" things, because shes been doing it for almost four years. It was just a few monthes ago I actually realized she was doing it all the time. I'm worried. Does anyone know if there might be something wrong with her?
I regret saying this, but is she going crazy?
I love her, and I'm so worried.

She's been threatening to do that ever since Bush got elected to the Presidency in 2000. She was definitely not gone in 2004 because when Bush was re-elcted she said she was moving again. There's a cute, attractive girl who likes me. She's very open, likes to be around a lot of people all the time, and seems to drink a little bit too much sometimes. I, on the other hand, am more closed, quiet, introverted. I do have tight bonds with a few people, but for the most part, I keep to myself often and meet very few new people. I also don't like to drink often and I really don't like to be in areas with a lot of people all the time (parties). Should I not go for the cute party-girl, or should I just find someone who's more like me--quiet, shy, etc.? I really don't know what I should do. Perhaps, this girl can get me to be more open, but I don't know if I'll feel comfortable making such a change so quickly.
