No. It does not. It was just purely physical fruit. Don't try to read more into it than was there.
The fruit was something which made them mortal. It gave them knowledge, and hence their realization about their nakedness.
Sex is not a sin and is in fact good, if it is within the bounds the Lord has set. It is if we fornicate (have sex before marriage) or commit adultery (have sex with anyone other than the person we marry). Otherwise, it is actually a good and holy practice.

27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth.......
(Old Testament | Genesis 1:27 - 28)

17 But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it................
(Old Testament | Genesis 2:17)

According to the above scriptures, God commanded Adam and Eve to multiply, so if the "Forbidden fruit " is "Sex", and God Forbids it, this will be contradicting to what God has previously commanded.
And from the following scriptures, it stated exactly what Eve did, there should not be confusion as to what the scriptures meant.

6 And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.
7 And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked;
(Old Testament | Genesis 3:6 - 7)

As you can see, by taken the fruit, their body chemistry has change, and their eyes is open, then they have sexual desires,
because they realized they are naked.

Nope. If you read the Genesis account, the LORD had already told them to be "fruitful and multiply". So, having relations wouldn't have been a sin, since it was an activity blessed by God.

Their sin was to eat of the fruit of the tree of knowledge of good and evil. The LORD specifically told Adam not to eat of that tree, otherwise he would die. The sin was disobedience to what the LORD stated very clearly.

When you eat a forbidden fruit, it means you eat a fruit that is forbidden. It has nothing to do with sex. But yes, Adam and Eve had sex. They had to at some point.

No, they were already having sex. Eating the forbidden fruit was just that. They ate the fruit God had told them not to eat.

I think the tree of knowledge represented something that was forbidden, and it represents temptation, and free will. I don't think that it had anything to do with sex. Athough after partaking in the fruit, one of the punishments was childbirth.

With the couple, being accepted by God, sex is sacred. Sex outside marriage is sin.
Doing anything forbidden by God is eating the fobidden fruit. In this case, Eve does not worship the One True God with all her heart, she reserves some place for satan.

/the fruit was from the tree of knowledge of good and evil. Sex is a gift from God properly conducted in the institution of marriage of one man and oe woman. Did they do the nasty in Eden? I dont know but it was available.

DAHLIA , The tree of the knowledge of good and evil was Satan.
And his fruit was not an apple. So what do you think? Super sleuth Dahlia is on the right track. and it wasn't just symbolically. It was for real.
