i work for a long term mananged care provider . we manage care of people over the age of 21 and have a long term illness. I assist a nurse case manager in providing these services.
i am assigned to 2 nurses each have 70 mbr , which means all together i have to do things for 114 patients.
my problem is that 1 nurse who i work with seems to have a problem. Everytime a lil issue occurs with one of the member which are not big issues, she talks to me as if i am inferior to her. I have written a complaint b/f to my supervisor, but no changes were made. Yesterday once again she came up to me and screamed at me, like as if was a child. This is the third times she does it and i became defensive. I wrote a complaint once again to my supervisor , but did not receive a reply. what should i do about this if she is behaving younger than me. I am only 24 and she is 45 . please advise , what should be my next step.I feel like i am going to snap one day

I want to ask my boyfriend to marry me. Why? Its a long story, but I will give you the brief version. He asked me last week but we were both drinking and I hurt his feelings by not answering. I felt it was the wrong time. We had talked about marraige and I knew he was gonna ask, but I didnt think that the appropriate time was after id had 4 baybreezes and 2 jager shots. Was I wrong? if you heard about the Buffalo Sabres vs. Ottowa Senators game.....
i thought that how all the players were fighting, the goalies to, was really cool.
although the reffs are soo stupid. they always try to break up fights but i mean COME ON it's hockey for god sakes!!the reffs even put like all the players in the penalty box, they got new goalies to!!and there were like 5 penalties that they could've called on the senators but they didn't!! some NHL reffs are soo STUPID!!!
i know all this cuz i was at that game with my friend.
so...what do u think about this? plz answer

Growing up, my older brother and I played a board game, in which your peices were little soldiers (I believe) and the goal was to get to the top of the hill. The board was a 3-dimensional rocky hill with a winding path leading up to it. At the top was a cave. You moved by drawing cards. If you drew the card with the picture of a monster on it, you pressed a button on top of the cave and a tornado-like monster piece would spin down the mountain (like a top spins) and if your piece was knocked down by the spinning monster, you had to pick it up and continue from the point where your peice landed. I am 20, and I played when I was young, so it was probably 10-15 years ago when it was made.
Hope somebody can help!

You may have noticed a recent influx of gay and lesbian themed shows on the major networks lately. That's because gay and lesbian shows are attracting viewers and scoring big ratings. Gay TV has gone primetime in a big way from "Will & Grace" to Ellen's talk show to the queen of reality shows, "Queer Eye for the Straight Guy." Will & Grace" had huge ratings. But even in its sixth season, the lead gay character, Will, has yet to have one meaningful relationship while his straight female counterpart, Grace, has had several and even got married. My question is, are these shows helping society understand and accept homosexuality or are they merely perpetuating negative stereotypes.
