I really have terrible eating habits, I eat fast food like everyday. I was thinking about going on a vegetarin diet, eating soy and tofu. Can anybody tell me like a meal plan or menu of good stuff to try?

k well about a month and a half ago this guy i like liked my best friend but she didnt like him and he always flirted with her and then he told me he liked me and i was like YAY!!! and we talked on the ohone for like three hours that night and he said he was gonna ask me out and the next day he told me he didnt like me anymore and he kept flirting with my best friend...well this week he told me he liked me again and i told him i liked him but he just blew me off and he said he was sorry and that it wouldnt happen again i called him that night and that day we were flirting alot in class but my best friend was gone that day so it was like easier to flirt and on the phone that night he said that he didnt like my best friend anymore and he liked me and he said "today was fun we will have to flirt more often like tomorrow" and then when my friend was back the next day and he didnt flirt with me as much does he like me still????

i want to tell my boyfiend of six months that i love him, i keep just gettin the urge to say it and i really feel it. My friend has just turn 13 today. Since she left my school we haven't really kept in touch. We weren't like best friends but were real close. Her father just dies today. How should I be a good friend to her? How do I let her know that I'm here for her? Will she resent me because we aren't best friends? Do I have a right to be upset even though he isn't my father and I haven't known him that much? Please help me be the best friend I can be at a time like this. Thank you for your help.

OMG! I have. It is freaky! Like, sometimes I'll just be sitting in clas or wherever watching the teacher talk and lecture to the class and he or she will do something like put their arm out and I'll be thinkin' to myself, "OMG! I've seen that before!I know it! I've seen then do that before! Did I dream it? No. Have they actually done it before? No. What the heck?!"
Then, I saw the whole movie of The Butterfly Effect. And he's got it bad!!!
I mean, that happends to me, like, all of the time!
Is that a bad thing that I get Deja Vu?

If knowledge is a good thing, then why would God make a command for mankind to not have it?

I went to the bathroom this afternoon and when I went to wipe, there was a nickel to quarter size mucus discharge. It was brown/red. If it was my plug or show, will I have more of it tonight? What can I expect now? This is my second pregnancy. The first was induced. All went well. I went to the Dr. on Monday and was 2cm with a favorable cervix. He expects me to go at anytime.
