I went to the bathroom this afternoon and when I went to wipe, there was a nickel to quarter size mucus discharge. It was brown/red. If it was my plug or show, will I have more of it tonight? What can I expect now? This is my second pregnancy. The first was induced. All went well. I went to the Dr. on Monday and was 2cm with a favorable cervix. He expects me to go at anytime.

I have been having Braxton hicks alot. and am crampy a little. I can really feel the baby's head hitting my pelvic floor. Dr. says the baby's head is down, but not engaged.

If you were recently examined by your doctor, you may notice some spotting or brownish/red (old blood) upon wiping or in your panties. Every body and every pregnancy is different so it is hard to say if you are going to go into labour within the next few days or the next few weeks.
Show is always a good sign, as it means that your cervix is changing. Know that you are getting closer to the end of your pregnancy and enjoy the last few days of being pregnant!

I had this with my daughter and went into labor the next day... i had it with my son and went for two weeks 5 cm, dialated and they finally had to break my water and induce me, i was 36 weeks with my son. Your time is comming really soon.. Good luck with the new little one. dont get discuraged walk walk walk, and sex is a great way to get things going also..

You might be in labor, but if you are not in any pain you may just be ok.... I mean your 36 weeks not 6 so I wouldnt worry too much....
