It depends on what you order. Even McDonald's has healthy dishes like salads and chicken sandwiches. Stay away from the fries.

The "just exersize" answer is wrong, I heard that a study had recently showed that the diet is more important than just the exersize because to lose weight you must be burning more calories than you are taking in.

I limit my carbs, Carls Jr has some lettuce wrapped sandwiches and salads, subway, salads, etc are good.

Most fast food is high fat, high carbs, high sugar, bad carbs. Burritos, tacos, bread, french fries, fried chicken, breaded fried chinese food, pizza... are all very high calorie and not a good source.

Better answer.... healthy fast food, or cook simple quick meals at home like chicken breasts, salads, veggies.....

I would really suggest not doing it. You can have fast food once in a while when your on a diet(about once a month) but from experience after you eat it you feel horrible. All the fillers and fried foods really gets to you and you have bathroom problems, stomach aches, and you just feel like you don't want to do anything. Hope this helps.

Some fast food places now have healthy foods like salads, & lo-carb sandwiches. And then, it is said it's ok to cheat once in a while.

drop the diet and pick up a green tea ... seriously
... go to the nearest fast food joint and order up what you WANT ... dont think about how much calories or fat is in it ... cut out sodas or limit to 1 a day ... drink juices / water / green tea/ teas .... get plenty of sleep ... sounds really hard but lower your stress level ... and do a little exercise ... instead of walking into your job from your car speed walk ... do some cardio saturday or sunday morning .. and create a mantra ... i like this one ... I am stronger than _______. i swear to god i could not drive my moms manual car with anyone watching ... (weird but hey) ... then i told my mom i would drive to the store ... before i got in the car i told myself ... i am stronger than this stupid car .. and i didnt have one problem shifting or starting.

so to answer your question again ..
it is okay to cheat a little when you are on a diet ... but diets are hard to keep and you could end up doing more harm than good .

Like Subway, or Panera Bread.

It depends. Every once in a while might be OK; just take care to note the fat content (it's posted inside the restaurant) of what you're ordering.

its okay if you eat things like salads and snack wraps. But no fries or burgers or its not a diet.
