I am getting back $4500, what shoudl I do with it?

1) Pay off some debt?
2) Blow it all on movies, video games and other useless crap?
3) Invest / save it?
4) Have one GREAT night at a strip club?

My 9 year old son Raymond has autism. A problem we have with him is that he has trouble talking, so he pinches, hits and sometimes bites to get people's attention. He goes to a special needs school, and therapy but there's nothing they can do to make him stop. He can talk, but says very little... didnt start talking till he was 4. Any others out there who have this problem or just can offer some advice and support? Thank you

im 35 weeks pregnant and today just about an hour ago i started seeing spots and having blurred vision now my forehead and the bridge of my nose feels numb and is tingeling kind of has anyone expierienced this i have a call into my doctor but he hasnt called back yet is this normal the numbeness blurred vision and tingling ?

Hey, i wanna know when is friday night smackdown on at my house?
Hey guys, I have this show on my T.V. Called friday night smackdown, and i love it soooo much! But the problem is, its only on a 10:00 pm, and i am not aloud to stay up that late, so i only get to watch 12 minutes of it. so what i wanna know is, when dose it come on again other than fridays at 10:00. I havnt been about to swallow comfortably for over a week. A bout an hour after I get to sleep I have to wake up and go to the sink because I have phelgm build up and it is so uncomfortable, and it hurts to cough and spit it. I also have the feeling like my tonsils are covered in sand-paper. They dont look all that inflamed or red. Also, with the phlegm, there is alot of mucus build up and (disgustingly) I blow it out of my nose but it is also dripping to the back of my throat, causing me to spit more. I havent been able to go the doctor, but does it should like an infection that needs antibiotics? I dont think I should go to the doctor if it just sounds a virus and will pass.
