Look for another job, or speak with the manager.

If you continue on working there, you will eventually fall out of love with your job and possibly the entire industry that you're in. It is also not great for the company that you're working for because your productivity will eventually start to drop as you get more and more stressed or frustrated by your manger.

Other options:
If you can - transfer to another location.
Look for another job at another company within the same field.
Talk to the manager first, then try their superior if there is one.

One thing that I would sway anyone away from, is opening your own business because you don't like the manager. You may find yourself in a much more stressful situation because of the workload and finances.
