It is actually the Earth's rotation that makes the Sun "rise". Early morning is just a linguistic convention adopted to convey a part of the day, the first part of the day.

Well it isn't that the sun rises early in the morning but humans have set it up that when the sun rises that it is early in the morning

You have it wrong. Early morning IS the rising of the sun. Wonder why it is cold at night and in the morning? It's because the sun is on the other side. The absence of the sun = cold.
