I am getting back $4500, what shoudl I do with it?
1) Pay off some debt?
2) Blow it all on movies, video games and other useless crap?
3) Invest / save it?
4) Have one GREAT night at a strip club?

Pay off some debt is the most logical choice. You are not suppose to be having old debts lingering around.
