Carrots have a good amount of nutrients and lots of vitamin A. The only downside is that as far as vegetables go, they are a little high in natural sugar.
They are also a good source of fiber. (Ugh, that sounded like some kind of laxative commercial! Sorry!)

Carrots are wonderful. But I have seen people who love them so much they end up with Vitamin A poisoning. Proof positive that you CAN get too much of a good thing.
Someone mentioned sugar and carrots. Those "baby carrots" are the worst. You might as well be binging on M&Ms
I've seen dieters munching on them wondering why they're so hungry all the time. It's all that sugar. Messes with your blood sugar and leaves you wanting more more more.
I love potatoes. Why would anyone say they are the worst? They are some of the BEST medicine in town. Do you know that if you suffer from depression having a potato for dinner can help alleviate that? Mmmm. Potatoes make me happy.
I'm not fond of brussel sprouts. Just can't get into them.

Carrots are good in moderation, bad when eaten in excess. I don't think there's a best veggie, every type of veggie has their own special nutrient composition, so it's better to eat a little of everything.

Edamame raw out of the shell. They are soybeans, they taste like a cross between a peanut and a snap pea. Really good, and fun to eat, and good for you!
Carrots are good for you, but they do have a lot of natural sugar in them.

Carrots are very good for you and really yummy they are full of beta carotene, they help with your night vision. You can make carrot wedges, raw carrot sticks use grated raw carrot in a salad, boil them bake them cube them , stir fry them or put them in curry. You will never be left disappointed with a carrot !!!

Green leafy vegetables give the maximum micronutrients, vitamins. Although the iron they have is not well absorbed. Carrots contain a number of vitamins. However, we eat genetically modified food that is rich in carbs! Which is also the reason why corn is bad.

I would vary them, not stick to one, its a good way to get the nutritions of many different types of veggies, plus i find it more fun!
