Is it more than likely my questions themselves (boring), or the time of day I've posted or perhaps the category I placed them in?

I have asked 2 questions that I sincerely wanted answers to. One was posted 22 hrs. ago and the other 5 hrs ago. I have received 3 responses per each. I have no preconceived answers for these, yet I see numerous questions that receive tons of answers and its obvious the asker has already made up their own mind as to the answer they are looking for.

Any constructive input or comments are appreciated.

Im 17 years old guy soon im going to be 18...im going crazy,whole my life i've been attrackted to guys and i still are,but the thing is that afther some time i started get attrackted to girls also....i've never been with a guy(i really want so), and im having some crushesh into guys, and i've started having crushes into girls, currently im going crazy, dont know whats wrong with me,wich is my sexuality and i feel the lack of sex(mostly for guys)

My fiance and I justpurchased a ring .30 carats V2, H, we paid $800 for the diamond. Did we overpay? The diamond is set in a .40 setting. (It's beautiful) the whole ring cost $1,300. I am concerned we overpaid.

My mother in law was recently in an inpatient mental facility. The doctor they had on call was ignorant and was going to release her even though she was suicidal. We convinced him that it was not a good idea. Anyway, to summarize my question--he prescribed Ativan & Lexapro as well as a few other things. I thought that the two meds. had a counter-effect on each other, but was wondering if anyone had any ideas on this. Thanks!

See, there's this boy at school, and I don't really know who he is. I saw him a lot at school last year, and I see him a bit sometimes this year, mostly around lunchtime, and I'd like to get to know him, except 1) I don't think he knows who I am, 2) he's a grade above me (so no classes together) and 3) he's rarely - if ever - by himself. I'm really interested in this kid, but I don't know what to do....any ideas? I don't want to scare him away.

talks to everyone like that...but I don't like it. I like to be addressed by my name, or title, and that is how I treat others at work, I feel names like the fore mentioned, are too personal and should be used for friends and family....I don't want to hurt the womans feelings, I know she means no harm, but how do I tell her to stop? Either refer to me by name, or title....Please help..

Gen 1.3 "And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.
When he saw that the light was good he divided it from the darkness.
When God said let there be light, and there was light - then all the darkness would have been consumed by the light?
So the earth would have been totally in a state of light?? or what? And if the sun is the source of the light, then there would have been no need to separate in the first place?. Previous responses have helped me resolve issues with Gen 1-2. So I hope you can come through with 3-4.

I have a long haired cat, and I think there are fleas in my apt, I keep getting bites on me which look like little pimples with infection inside, but my cat does not go outside at all and is on flea treatment. The thing is he is black and so I can't see any fleas. I feel something like crawling on me, but I see nothing at all and never have. Are these fleas or could it be somthing else.

Find the sum of all the distinct values of x.

The answer is 8.5 (I have an answer sheet) but how do you get it? Can you cross multiply even though there's a + 2?

If you have ever seen one of those forensic files or murder shows, you might have picked up that (please don't be offended guys) a large portion of the murderers are men. My father is as creepy as one of those guys. He is a lying, manipulating sociopath that ruined our family. He did a lot of emotional damage. He moved out last year though. He left me with bipolar and I am starting to think he left my sister OCD or schrizophebia. I am not sure though, so please judge from what I am about to tell you:

1)She is afraid that he is in a closet or in the shower hiding. She is afraid he is looking in the window about to shoot a bullet through the glass.
2)He is hiding in a room with lights off.
3)She is afraid he will break into the house and set up cameras or recorders.
4)She hears whistling and noises that aren't really there.
5)If she turns really quickly, she says she sees his shadow which of course, isn't there.

None of these things have actually happened but she is terrified.
