I personally like Titanic better. Although I haven't watched the whole movie of the Notebook, I know the plots and I've seen some clips about it.

Just your personal opinions. (pls. positive stuff :)

well ive seen clips and parts of the note book as well, i think they story is very touching and romantic, but i like the titanic one better, since its such a classic, and it was really heart warming to see how much jack loved rose, and that she still remembered him for all those years, so i would have to vote for titanic.

Titanic without question...

The research that they did to recreate the history of the ship is amazing. If you read any books on Titanic and the people on it then watch the movie it is like they put fictional Rose and Jack in the middle of the actual people and events. Hands down best of the two~!

I've only seen Titanic, but I read The Notebook.

I loved them both. If by better you mean more of a tear-jerker then The Notebook would win hands down.

OH...I really love both but I have to go with the Notebook. Only reason is because its only depressing (but in a good way) at the very end. The Titanic is just swimming (no pun intended) with depression from the beginning allllllll the way till the end. It was just over-kill for me.

Titanic. There is alot behind the acutal event of the sinking and then there's a romantic story. Seeing the time of the Titanic is interesting (not that thousands of people died is interesting).

I love them both.
But Titanic is better.
The Notebook is not that great of a movie as it is a book, i didn't like the story as much as titanic's.
