Since i'm not convinced that Troy Smith will have an NFL career as a starter, i'm going with Brady Quinn....

When talking about Personal Career
- Brady Quinn will no doubt have the better career as his publicity is at a much better status than Troy

When talking about Athletic Career
- Brady Quinn has a height advantage over Smith and thus should be more successful in the position of QB. Troy Smith's ability to run, however, gives him a positive appearance which could lead him to a team with a lack of running offense

Brady Quinn because he has more size and Troy Smith cracked under pressure at the bcs championship

Kind of a tough question to answer not knowing what situation either one is going to end up in long term. Based on talent alone, I think Quinn will be a solid, NFL QB for a number of years. Smith I think can make it in the league but I see him more as a second string guy. From a lot of things I've read, Smith was really exploited in some very bad ways in GMs eyes during the national championship game.

Quinn is extra appropriate as your franchise quarterback for a lengthy time period, which i imagine he will be because Derek Anderson will be a loose agent after this year. Potentall sensible, likely Smith because he's so quickly and would throw truly a recommendations and fantastically accuratly too. All those issues were acceptable for him in college, and the reason he went interior the fifth round to the Ravens even after prevailing the Heisman (it really is the bottom a Heisman winner had ever lengthy gone) is because he don't have both issues that did not count number in college yet count number now. Making reliable judgements and surveying the field to the fullest because the protective schemes interior the NFL are a lot extra complicated. and also he's so small to be an NFL quarterback. So i am going to say Quinn.

Troy Smith cause he might not go to a bad team he might go in the middle of the 2 or 3 round like to Green Bay and he could be the starter there and beat out Rodgers

that is like asking "whats better, a trash or garbage?" Neither one will have good NFL carriers. But Quinn has a better shot than Smith. I heard some draft experts on ESPN saying Smith is not a pro quarterback and wont even be drafted till late 2nd round even late 3rd. Just because someone is awesome in college doesn't mean they will be anything in the pros. Look at Ryan Leaf, Andre Ware, and even Vick. He still hasn't proved himself to most people in the NFL.

I really believe that neither of them will have a good career, but if I had to pick one it would be Ohio State quarterback Troy Smith.

i think both will just be footnotes. this is honestly the worst quarterback crop in a long time. very flawed, and a ton of stats padded against patsies. smith has the better chance in my opinion of starting for maybe 1 season.
