I am writing a paper regarding hiring processes of companies, ex. Hooters, Abercrombie and Fitch, Hot Topic, etc (the employees look similar). I was wondering if they are "allowed" to hire based on attractiveness and/or looks, or if it is against EEOC. I looked at EEOC's regulations and found nothing for attractiveness/looks, only found national origin, race, etc. Correct me if I'm wrong. I'm asking if anyone has had previous experience with this issue...hiring based on looks, being the employee or employer, and if you know if its listed under EEOC rules... thank you!

I know of a person (family member) that is about $65,000 in debt. This is not a car loan or a house loan or even student loan debt, but I think most of it is credit cards (if not all). I only know this because officers (people that serve you when you are being sued) have been coming to my house and asking for her. She hasn't lived there in about 4 years but I think is still using this address whey applying for more loan crap. As in I still get lawyer letters and credit card apps sent daily. This lady is almost 65, threw away all of her retirement about 3 years ago on some offshore deal. Also her ex-husband (if they were every married) supposedly owes her 75K. What will happen to this person, she has no assets and owes big money… Also is old, retired, but works a few days a week. Will this debt be put on her kids if she dies with it? Also can she go to jail or is this just 100% civil suites?

I know it has been done in the past but I want to try it for myself. I would like to take a turboshaft engine from a helicopter or other such vehicle and retro-fit it into an automobile. My Question is what kind of engine would be best suited for an automobile?? I would like it to have somewhere in the neighborhood of 500+ Shaft HP and Second, What kind of a transmission would work best for this application. The size of the entire assembly isnt really a concern so I Am looking for the best power to weight ratio.
