its kina' a form of PDA(public displays of affection). Its like seeing someone full on makeout in public. a hickie, iis a bruse you get on you neck from somone making a constant suction on your body, if you want it off youll have to put a frozen spoon on it and get the blood to carry the blood in the hickie out
