Jennifer,
I know that you have the desire to become a mommy right now, but I urge you to wait on it.
I was a teen mom. I, like you, wanted a baby badly. I ended up having one and it's really REALLY hard when you're still in school.
I was pretty much alone. My friends thought is was cool at first and then they sort of quit calling me. I ended upi graduating but had to work two jobs to raise my son.
I never got any sleep and it was so hard to be myself or a good mother because I was exausted.
Plus, when my son would get sick, it threw a huge kink in things because I had to stay home with him and that ment a small pay check and little to eat.
I couldn't afford to buy any new clothes for myself and sometimes had to dig for change just to buy toothpaste.
Now, i'm married and have 4 sons. They are the light of my life and I get to devote all of my time to them.
Trust me, honey, it's not all cute and fun. I honestly don't want to sound like just another adult telling you that you're too young.
I just really hope that you will give it time and wait because you're going to be giving up so much if you have a baby now.
It's not fun.
You will be a wonderful mother when the time is right and you have the resorces to raise a baby.
Good luck and please think about what i've said here.

I hope you don't. You've lived your whole life under you guardian's control and then to have a baby that young - when would you get to live for yourself?

I waited until I was 30 and I am ever so glad that I did. I really enjoyed my 20s. I dated, I travelled, I even travelle with work. It was a lot of fun. I started working from home and was really ready to have kids when I did - and I have a lot more patience than I would have in my 20s.

Having said that, my mom was almost 16 when she had me and I could never have asked for a better mother. To this day we are the very best of friends (we even moved across country together with our husbands) and I think that our small age difference has a lot to do with that. She is certainly the youngest and most fit grandmother I know. I just think it is suuuuppper hard to start that young (I am a twin even!) and I wish us all the kindest life we could imagine.

Peace!

Because we're all psychic here, huh? Asking the Magic 8 Ball would give you results just as good. And I'd suggest NOT having a kid at 17. I had one at 19. Kiss your college-age-partying and finding-yourself goodbye while you put your whole life on hold to raise your offspring. I mean, I wouldn't trade my daughter for anything, but it makes me sad that I didn't get the chance to get all that wildness out of my system first. Think about the future. Not just the now.

You have to give more details than that sweetheart. As long as you don't have anything medically wrong with you I see no reason why you couldn't become pregnant. Are you sexually active right now? Even if you have a stable relationship with your boyfriend, it's best to wait until after you get out of high school or even out of college to have children, so you can give your child a better life, as opposed to if you are a teenager and have no real job, money, or education.

It is up to you. If you believe that you can handle a kid right now then go for it, but if you are going to regret this don't do it. You also have to make sure you really love the guy because he might leave you if you tell him. Your really need to be ready for this commitment and so does the guy.

Why you B-girl, bag, bawd, bimbo, blower, broad, call girl, camp follower, concubine, courtesan, fallen woman, floozy, harlot, hooker, hostess, hustler, loose woman, moll, nymphomaniac, painted woman, party girl, pickup, pink pants, pro, scarlet woman, ****, streetwalker, strumpet, trollop, white slave, *****, working girl, hoe, and any other synonyms I may have forgotten. Or in better terms you cognitively delayed, chauvinistic, slovenly, pompous, exceedingly promiscuous, incestuous, doxy!

For F*CK sakes, you do not have to learn how to do the spits that well.

Do yourself a favor, don't claim anymore corners.

Having a baby so early puts you both at risk for complications. You're young - enjoy your youth - it goes way too fast! I'm sure you'll be a great mother when you're OLDER, and MARRIED!
