I'm 15 , 230lbs

i want to get to 200 by the end of march and eventually 180

what can i do without running for hours on end

Wow. 30 pounds in like 1 1/2 months? Im not sure this'll make you lose that much in that little time but it will make you lose wieght!

I am 13 years old, 5'4'' and 100 pounds. I am currently trying to lose about 10 pounds. This is what i do:

Breakfast- Oatmeal (about 140 calories) and Skim Milk (75 calories)
Snack- Granola Bar (100 calories)
Lunch- Sandwich and Fruit (300 calories)
Snack- 1 cup of blueberries w/ Splenda (80 calories)
Dinner- Salad with eggs, cheese, meat, a little bit of dressing and chicken breast (400 calories)
Desert- Blueberries w/ Splenda (80 calories)

Exercise- 1 hour of PE (running,exercise, stretches, etc.) and 100 crunches, 50 ups per leg, and 30 pushups at home

Well thats what im doing right now and I think it works. You should try this and you should see results in a month. I know its not really fast but its a healthy and safe way to lose weight. Also, its not really dieting because its yummy. :] I hope this works for you!

I lost 20 lbs in college by simply eatting healthy. Breakfast was the biggest meal. Lunch then dinner. No snacks after 7pm. Drink lots of water - which is really good for your skin. I like Denise Austin work out videos. She has some that you only do for 10 minutes a day! Curves is a great place for women to work out. At the one I belong to there's several young ladies of your age.

cut calorie intake to 1500 a day and get in some form of cardio for at least 30 minutes 3 times a week...thats not quite running for hours on end!

If you drink 5 glasses if water a day you lose weight fast!

stop eating,..stop drinking soda

get up from in from of the computer and or tv.

fruits grains nuts, and vegetables.
