So- there are two things here--Age Waiver (I don't need) and Age/Grade waiver (I do need). I have been trying to find the form for that, and I don't see it on formflow at AKO. Anyone know how to apply for an age/grade waiver since my recruiter is apparanlty not doing her job?

My 7yr old step son comes on the weekends, we were getting pics done with his new baby brother. his hair was long and hanging in his eyes not to mention he had the worst time brushing it so we asked my son if it was ok to trim it and he was fine, when his mother saw this,instead of saying somthing to our face she left nasty messages on our phones stating we shouldnt be making those choices even though we have cut his hair many times,told me I wasn't his mom also said something to my stepson that made him feel bad about his hair being trimmed, she just doesnt get it. We have legal documents stating when he is in our care we make any decisions we see fit. I have been in this little boys life since he was 1 yrs old and love him to death. Im just curios if you guys think that she has the right to act like this over such a small thing.

after 4 months of contact we had a cutoff after 6 months he tried to contact me again he said sorry like anything, first i was bit reserved but then i become closer as we were before, then we met first time with group of friends he was very normal, 2nd time we met again he was normal, from last 2 days he is behaving in a very different way......not calling me.........not paying much attention to me....last time i called him yesterday afternoon, even i didnt bug him after that........what is he upto? he said he will never hurt me again....last nite one of his female freiend who is also my friend(already engaged with some 1 ) called me and said i should take a step back, because his life circumstances are very complicated even he himself is very complicated person he might hurt you again......what should i do?? he told me he likes me but need some time to make a final decision......but he is behaving very oddly from 2 days.......should i backoff?? i really like him its very difficult f

I'm writing a letter to one of my cousins in the Philippines and I wanted to attach something special to it....(I live in the US). Nothing too too big--just something I can easily put in a regular-sized envelope. Does anyone have any ideas for some type of small souvenir from the US that some one in the Philippines would enjoy? Any time of special thing available only in the states? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks :)

I am a 21 year old pretty girl, and I have a 3 yr. old boy. When I was about 7.5 mts. pregnant I started getting stretch marks. By the time he was born (one week before due date) I had them bad. I used cocoa butter and vit.E on my tummy 3-4 times everyday but it just didn't work. My doctor said there was nothing I could do about it. I have lost all of my fat but I still have the nasty loose stretched marked skin and I hate it. I have to be so careful with what I wear so it dont show my tummy. Im a girl and I shouldnt have to worry about that, plus I'm only 21. Does anybody have any solutions to making this problem better? I know they don't go away and I know they fade over a LONG time, but I wish there was something I could do now. Know what I mean? I want to go swimming this year in something cute. I also know tanning hides them a little bit but I really don't want to hide them just for the summer. I have a husband and I want to look good for him in the bedroom.

I rent videos all the time from a store, and on Mondays they are 99 cents...today (THURSDAY) I went and rented a video after calling in to have her hold it....she rented it to me for 99 cents instead of $3 bucks and change....is she flirting with me or just being nice?? She has been working there for a long time...so I really doubt she got her days mixed up...but then again who knows..haha

I have been having a lot of trouble with this problem for Physics. I think that it deals with Latent Heat. Can someone explain to me how I do this? I'm so confused!

The problem:
How much energy is needed to melt .225kg of lead so that it can be used to make a lead sinker for fishing? The sample has an initial temperature of 27.3 degrees celcius. and is poured in the mold immediately after it has melted.

I'm not sure if this has anything to do with the problem, but If it helps I know that the specific head capacity of lead: 1.28X10^2 J/kg(degCelcius). I'm really confused, any help is appreciated!

When I look at drawing, it's almost always chubby or old body. It's somewhat common in charcoal art as well.

What's up with this? I'm wondering because I usually perfer to draw slender beautiful body instead of a chubby or old people body. Hope someone can tell me why there's not more art of young fit body?
