So I am 5'9 and resently gained some weight and need to drop it. I have always been naturally thin so i have never had to deal with weight loss but as i mature i am gaining weight. Is there any advice on how i could lose it as fast as possible, not unrealisticly ofcourse just as fast as i can drop it in a healthy way.

I have a question I want to be talkative like all the rest of my cousins, but I can't coz I'm too shy, and if I speak in english coz my aunts uncles, grandpa is filipino and I really want to relate to them and everytime I speak in english they always say ''Wow you speak Nice English'' I get shy, how do I be more talkative and talk about things with my cousins instead of just sitting around and not talking? I want to talk with my cousins very much as i can, how do i be more talkative? please help me, people always stare at me when I talk,

I have been interviewing a lot of women for a job as an admin in our office. Professional attire is a must. I am shocked at the things these girls wear for interviews. When I have someone come in not even in a suit I immediately mark them off the list.

I may be a stickler but I just do not think a pant suit is appropriate. When you are really trying to look professional, women should wear a skirt suit, pantyhose, closed toe shoes, the whole outfit.

I am really interested in other people's thoughts on what is appropriate for an interview.
