if a guy get a girl a card and told her in the card that he likes her....why would the girl still not talk to him when its so obvious...does it mean shes not interested or just waiting for the next move from him?
do girls ignore the people they like?
people tell me that shes the really nice type...conservative too

talk to her. find out if anything bugs her, but talk to her a lot, make her feel special

Maybe she's not ready to be asked out. Sometimes the really conservative girls are like that.
To get through to a girl like that, a guy would have to get mixed up in her hobbies or daily routine somehow.

hello! you have to approach her personally. a card is not enough specially since you said she is conservative. don't wait for her to make the next move. it will always be you, man. introduce yourself. talk to her whenever possible. show her you like her. man, court her. that is how you might be able to get her.

Some women do ignore people they like but its in rare situations. Like her parents disapprove of you two speaking or something like that. Usually if interested they would respond to something of this nature, a thank you would at least be polite.
