So I am 5'9 and resently gained some weight and need to drop it. I have always been naturally thin so i have never had to deal with weight loss but as i mature i am gaining weight. Is there any advice on how i could lose it as fast as possible, not unrealisticly ofcourse just as fast as i can drop it in a healthy way.

As you grow and mature you gain weight because your body is becoming a "womans" body. Female bodies were not suppose to be straight, with a lack of curves... What you see models and celebs look like is not "realistic dieting." Models are airbrushed so what you see, isn't really how they look.

With that said, follow a healthy diet plan and exercise. I'm sure you are just fine! :) Becareful what certain agents will say to you- remember you are a money horse for them and they don't really care about your well being...as long as you are able to "sell."

laxatives and enemas as the girl above stated are not healthy at all...they are a stupid way to go because you will just gain it back! The older you get the slower your metabolism gets so whether you have always been thin or not if you want to stay that way you need to exercise regularly! In order to lose weight quick I would suggest low carb diet and exercise in a hot environment to sweat! Drink a lot of water and stay away from sugary drinks...Don't just stop eating or anything because that is just going to cause problems later...Losing anything over 6 pounds a week is not healthy!!! Good luck!!!

a healthy diet, lots of water and regular exersize are the best way to achieve a healthy body and achieve a good weight.
increasing exersize and decreasing calories will help you loose weight faster but it can be really bad for you if you over do it.
Try to settle for 1-2 Lbs a week, your goal is only 10 Lbs so at 2 a week you'll be 10 Lbs lighter in a little over a month. It's not tomorow but it's safer.

Let me first say that I am not a nutritionist or anything, but have been in the Army for 5 yrs and picked up a few tricks to lose weight fast. The first thing would be heavy cardio to try to sweat out as much as possible. To lose fast and healthy I don't know but fast, just eat no carbs, heavy cardio, and limit your calorie intake to min as possible. And before you weigh in drink no water the day before and fast , most importantly try to poop as much as possible. I use to use exlax and such. Just be sure to rehydrate right after.

there is no safe way to just drop ten pounds. try to stay away from the fast and junk food and soft drinks. drink plenty of water and some good 'ol fashion work outs.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

you might try lemon / maple syrup cleansing diet! It will take about a week! my friends swear by it! it is really good for cleaning your system of chemicals and stuff. However read about I am sure you can get all the info on the web. I am really thinking of it for similar(loosing 20lbs) reasons.

Stop counting you re not going to be lose weight overnight Just concentrate on diet and exercise
