How different is this from Pro??? Is there any advantage in using this over the pro version???

Student edition, I believe, is a little closer to Home ed. than Pro. The main advantage to using it is that you can get it really cheap if you are a college student and you buy it on campus (I think it's $15)

It is not any different. Nothing more than a discounted version strictly for students.

Student edition is for schools but none that i can think of
