Follow up to the last one about Age/Grade waiver. (Army HPSP)?

Question

So- there are two things here--Age Waiver (I don't need) and Age/Grade waiver (I do need). I have been trying to find the form for that, and I don't see it on formflow at AKO. Anyone know how to apply for an age/grade waiver since my recruiter is apparanlty not doing her job?

Ok, this is new. I did three years as a recruiter and never heard of this.

Never mind. It's National Guard.

Have you talked to your commander? How about HIS commander? Since your recruiter either isn't doing the job properly, it's time to get someone new in there.

Do you know the form number?
