Wow, relax, eat some ice cream, cry for a bit and then take a nap. It will do wonders for your stress. Crying is a natural stress reliever, ice cream is comforting (and full of calcium!!) and rest is good when you are stressed and about due to have a baby.

Take a deep breath and slowly exhale. Now think things through. Your back hurts and you have headaches because being pregnant even when you are comfortable in your environment is stressful. If you tell yourself that you will not visit this stress upon your child it will help lift a weight off your shoulders. You say you have no where to go but it sounds like you have already went to the one place where you may be welcomed. Your Grandma may be uptight but remember she has already had a lifetime of stress and was hoping to be able to relax a little bit as her life winds down. You need to show her that not only will you bring a new person into this world and take care of them with her help but that you are more than willing to help her live out her days as stress free and enjoyable as possible. Do things around the house, be useful, this will make both of you feel much better. As for the boyfriend with the car. Is he working? Maybe its time to take him aside for a chat about the direction things are going in that you no longer have control of.
