I recently bought a "Belly Bar" because I heard they taste great and have a lot of vitamins. As I read the nutrional facts though, I noticed it is very high in folic acid and other vitamins which is great. However, I read on my vitamin bottle that over 1mg of folic acid daily may lead to anemia. I have also heard that too much vitamin A is not good while you're pregnant. Lastly, the bar says that it contains all of the daily supplemental nurtients needed during pregnancy. Should I not eat these while I am taking my prenatal vitamins? Has anyone else tried these while taking their prenatals and have had no negative results from them?

My fiance has a habit of placing his idle hand (the left) on the table by resting his wrist on the edge of the table and slightly clenching his fist. It sort of looks like he's using his spare hand to balance or something - ive brought this up to him and mentioned that he should really keep any hand that's not being used (like for cutting food) in his lap - ive heard that its not impolite to rest your wrists only on the edge of the table while food is not in front of you... such as would be the case during conversation, or while between courses. To me, when i see this crenched fist on the table and his fork in the other, it reminds me of a truck driver hovering over his bowl of chili at a lunch counter.... i love him soooo much but this habit has to go. Am i wrong?? is he correct?

I am about to rip out all of my hair!! I have searched online for days and I cannot find out how to add a freakin scrollbar in Dreamweaver to my website!#@@!#!@.

I want to have a photo gallery and I want people to be able t view the photos and scroll through to the end and go back and forth without having to click next.

PLEASE tell me someone knows what I'm talking about?

well i DONT wanna ditch, i wanna get sick so that i dont have to go to school, so any ideas, and please people dont answer me with" get runned over by a car" or "just go to school" give me some good ideas please! P.S. I dont wanna go to school cause i just need an at least ONE day vacation, because, since i go to a charter school, i've only gotten a 2 day long vacation, and i just feel overworked and stressed, and anywayz, tommorrow we are going to have a free day so that all we do is socialize, but i wanna stay home, so any ideas? I live in a small conservative community,, there is an ongoing rumor that my
friends wife is gay/bisexual. He denies this, but his wife
has a female friend whom she spends a lot of time, dressing alike, shopping, drinking at bars etc. The friend told several
people that his wife was gay. After hearing that she stopped
associating with the woman. This woman has
a reputation in town of being bisexual, yet my friend

I had kidney stones about 8 years ago-pain was so bad that even clothing or a sheet touching me sent a horrific pain through me. I had a miscarriage last year with horrible pain-felt like a knife was cutting me open & being run back and forth in my front & back. Is the post surgery pain as bad as a kidney stone or miscarriage pain?

The GB attack that caused me to go to the ER felt like I was severly bloated & someone was grabbing my GB & twisting and turning it about. I couldn't sit or lay comfortablly & was vomiting all nite.

I'm just trying to gauge what kind of pain I will be in the first few days. I don't want to be on pain killers if they make me sleep as I have really bad nightmares with pain killers. Also I'm scared of baaaaad pain.

First and foremost, I'm not racist in the slightest bit I had a boyfriend who was African American and my best friend growing up was full Mexican. I think racism is cruel and uncalled for but there are some facts regarding races that are not right.
There are not just racism in this country against those of other colors. There is pleny of racism going on every day towards white people. The reason we don't see it as often as racism towards Blacks, Mexicans, etc is because we choose not to see it. People believe that races besides whites have it the worst in America, and while that may be true, there are plenty of racist things going on every day that are guided towards whites. On the LA news the other day they showed these 4 white girls in LA that got attacked by a group of Mexicans for no reason, and they were called names such as gringa's etc.. Now is that racism or not?
