read your bible ask the ord for his interpretation...because certainly yahoo answer participants...are not an authority like God...if you believe Jesus ...then you want his meaning..when you go to Matthew 24 and many other bible references...you will know that the anti-christ will be revealed before the catching away of the saints...we will actually go through tribulation according to the bible...not me not man not the media...or any other source...the bible..

Many people get caught up in sensationalism...looking for signs and such...when Jesus said an evil an adulterous generation seeks after a sign...when Jesus rose from the dead that was the only sign the world would get...other than that you need to have the word rooted and grounded in your heart...so that you would not be deceived..by sensationalism...if you don't know the word...then a man could come and say "i'm am christ" and you might believe him because you don't know what is written...that says ...if a man says lo here or there is christ believe him not...So get into the word and ask God to show you ...it's meaning...then you will know and not faint with anxiety...God bless

Try to look at this from the point of view of the adoptive parents. They would have gone through a tough time when they realised they couldn't have a biological child of their own. The process of adoption can be incredibly stressful - for months and years it seems as though they will never have a baby. Finally you give them the wonderful gift of your daughter. That must have been the happiest day of their life. Then the bad times came again - divorce is always an awful thing to go through. On top of this, instead of being supportive towards them, you want to take their child away from them! I understand your pain, I really do. But making other people suffer won't make you happy. Right now you need to think of that little girl. Don't stop writing to her, but never, ever, put anything in the letters about how much you miss her, or that you want her back. That would be terribly selfish. Ask yourself if there could have been anything about your behaviour that made the adoptive parents stop wanting you to visit? Could you have done or said anything without thinking? Could anything you said or did have been misunderstood? E.g. if you ever mentioned that you regretted the adoption, or tried in any way to be a 'mommy figure' to the child, then it would not be unreasonable of the parents to stop any further contact. If you want to prove that you are not trouble, then write chatty, supportive letters. Try to get yourself some counseling. Or see if there is a support group - either locally or on-line. It can also be helpful to start a journal or scrapbook of your life. This would make a lovely gift for you to give your biological daughter on her 18th or 21st birthday. You are in my thoughts and prayers, and I hope you find some peace. And remember, what would make your biological daughter happiest is to know her biological mom is having a happy, successful life!

Honestly, no one can answer this question for sure. But in my opinion, I think the antichrist is gonna come from Europe. Here's why:

Europe, well, most of it, uses a common monetary system: the euro. The antichrist is gonna come from a place where they'll want national unity. Or world peace, which is great. But like you said, the antichrist will appeal to many people. And Europe has begun the whole unifying thing already, so.....yeah....lol.

Thats just my opinion, but I could be wrong.

God bless.

No, it's not a sign. All your "what ifs" are just that...big old ifs. Stop trying to predict the end of the world. The bible even says NOT to do that. Stop already. You're laying all this on some dude who might run for President and in reality, probably won't win. Again, it's all hypothetical. You're more likely to get hit by a bus than this stuff panning out. Get back to reality and leave the future to God or whomever.

I'm so tired of doomsday crapola. My mom was told her children wouldn't live to finish kindergarden because the world was going to end. Guess what? I'm 28 and yeah, I finished kindergarden.

You said...,
"He wants to get rid of the bible because he feels the bible shows to much tolerance without penalty."

Where did you get this information and where can I find it? I wont rule out Obama as a suspect for Antichrist - but I believe the Antichrist will come out of Islam, and from the bloodline of Ishmael. Jesus came from the bloodline of Isaac, so it would not be far fetched to believe that the Antichrist (anti-Jesus) would hail from the very religion birthed by Muhammad who himself is a direct descendant of Ishmael.

I think its entirely within reason that Muhammad is the Antichrist because he ruled politically - and could presently be the ipso-facto figure head, waiting for the Caliph descendant (Mahdi) to serve as the false prophet. Its not set in stone, but as likely as not to be true.

Parable of the Fig Tree
Parable of the Fig Tree: Mark 13:28-30— “Now learn a parable of the fig tree; when her branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is near: so...when ye shall see these things come to pass, know that is is nigh, even at the doors. Verily I say unto you, that this generation shall not pass, till all these things be done.” The Lord had just explained all the signs of the latter days, through the Tribulation, up to His 2nd coming in the clouds with power and great glory.
The Fig Tree = Jerusalem. Which is planted in the midst of the Vineyard (Israel). Luke 13:6— “He spake also this parable: A certain man had a fig tree planted in his vineyard; and he came and sought fruit thereon, and found none.”
Vineyard = Israel. Isaiah 5:7— “For the vineyard of the Lord of hosts is the house of Israel, and the men of Judah his pleasant plant; and he looked for judgment, but behold oppression; for righteousness, but behold a cry.” (See also II Sam. 7:10.)
Withered Fig Tree: Matt. 21: 19— “And when he saw a fig tree..and found nothing thereon, but leaves only, and said unto it Let not fruit grow on thee henceforward for ever. And presently the fig tree withered away.” Previous to saying this, the Lord rode into Jerusalem on the VERY DAY prophesied in Dan. 9 (483 yrs of 470 fulfilled). He then went into the the Temple in Jerusalem and cast out the money changers. When he went out toward the Mount of Olives he saw the barren fig
tree and cursed it because it had no fruit (allegorical to spiritual ineffectiveness).
It could then be that 40 years (what Biblical scholars consider to be a "generation" from when the Fig tree’s (Jerusalem) branch is yet tender and putteth forth
leaves... is a generation. Israel was re-established as a nation in 1948. 40 yrs from 1948 is 1998, so this can't be a marker, also considering Israel is the "Vineyard." Jerusalem, re-captured from Jordan in 1967 is the "Fig Tree." 40 Years from 1967 is 2007. In any case, the the Lord told us to Watch. And Pray. (Luke 21:34-36, et. al.).

PROPHETIC SIGN POSTS
ISRAEL, JERUSALEM, THE TEMPLE. These are 3 big signposts that God is again ready to directly deal with His people, the Jews. The 3rd Temple is yet to be built, but it will be under covenant by the Anti-christ—head of the world governing empire—as prophesied in Dan. 9.

Other Pertinent Scruptures:
Joel 3:2—How nations round about Israel will be judged for how they treat God’s people.
Zech. 2:8—The nations and people who hate Israel are unmindful that anyone who touches Israel touches the apple of God’s eye.
Isaiah 13-19—Middle-East nations that are against Israel are destroyed.
Ezek. 38, 9—Russia, Iran, Syria, Turkey and form. Sov. states (Caucasuses) coming to destroy Israel. God intervenes, destroying most of these armies.
Pslm 83—Names all the peoples that “have consulted together with one consent...to cut off Israel from being a nation that the name of Israel may be no more in remembrance.”
Ezek. 9:27—Final Deal between the Nations and Anti-Christ.
Zech. 12:14—Armageddon before the Lord Jesus returns to Jerusalem and destroys the armies of the kings of the east (and Satan/Anti-Christ).

*No, it is not a sign. You have not read what the bible says about the anti christ. You also do not understand what that man of sin is that Paul talks about. People get that man of sin confused with the anti christ. I really don't know what to think about Christians who do not even know the basics of bible doctrine. All that you just mentioned is man made theory and is not in the bible. *

The anti christ is already known. Because you won't avail yourself of the information that will confirm the source as good you are going to miss out. I guarantee it. Go ahead, make me eat my words. Its not going to happen is it?

The anti-christ is one thing. It is the spirit who is against the correct meaning of christ/messiah. It isn't going to be another bumpkin. Its been around for a long time. Almost nobody will accept the meaning. This will get almost everyone in hot water. Go ahead, make my day.

PS. Stop waiting for the rapture. Its already happened. Jesus came like a thief and gathered up the jewels who were waiting for him while you slept.

I'm surprised people aren't calling Hillary the antichrist instead. I don't like Obama, but he's no antichrist, lol.

You are right in one respect. I believe the rapture is very soon to occur, perhaps this year.
However, Obama can not be the antichrist because the antichrist must be Jewish and Obama is not.
Keep looking up for His return is soon!!!
If you are not a Christian I pray you will accept Christ as your Lord and Savior.
