My aunt had a rare form of cancer which led her to a vegtible state for 2 months. She was in the intensive care unit where she was fed interveniously and recieving pure oxcygen. Her heart was continuing to beat. As long as her heart continued beating, my uncle wouldn't let them shut down the machines, despite a recommendation to do so by a Physician who had basically given up all hope of her comming out of the veg. state. Her heart then stopped and they recessitated her for half an hour. She was continually recieving pure oxcygen and the pressure on the chest was helping her blood flow since her heart had stopped. The Dr.s were going to stop recessitating her and tried once more and her heart started beating again. The cancer completely dissapeared and she is walking around healthy. The act of God was at work here but does pure oxcygen that the body was recieving, persistance from physicians, allow a persons heart to restart a clean slate, completely cured?

I feel that europeans and americans are more alike than they are willing to believe. and not trying to start anything, but is it a little bit, just a tinge, of jealousy? as much as europeans and some americans want to deny american influence in the the world, it is there, present, alive, and still kicking. I think that some europeans have a hard time accepting that because they don't agree with american policy. what they don't seem to notice is that a lot of american don't either. However that is no reason to be outright rude to someone just because they are american. as much as you want to ignore the american influence, we do set the tone for the rest of the world. a lot of the time, other countries don't act unless they know what direction the US is headed in. I guess if i wasn't an american, i might feel this way too. but sitting where i am now, i have to say it kind of gets old. who knows......maybe americans are just more laid back than europeans

i have posted a few times on this subject, people probably wonder why im doing it again. I dont know myself right now, see this place at times as a sort of life line....im just over 12 weeks pregnant adn i am so sick. I have tried all of the remedies, ie ginger preggie pos ect. its not that I cant really eat anymore, I can but its the sick feeling I have 24/7. I am still being a bit sick, not as much as before... I feel nad for whinging,but lately I have become so depressed that I just dont feel like waking up in the morning.I love whats growing inside me but hating the person I am becoming. I sit here and cry all day. People say it will pass, and Im sure it will but every day just seems like ground hog day.My friends who have had kids have sailed through their pregnancies, so cant really offer any advice as thast what I am after, not sympathy. I just dont know what to do,this depression is getting worse adn worse.....

I am 14 and will be entering High School this year. Sometimes I feel sad about it because I think that I am scared to grow up and I don't know why. I have never had a boyfriend and I am pretty shy but I just don't feel ready....is that normal for my age? I had a go at plucking my eyebrows a couple of weeks back. I accidently over plucked one eyebrow but luckily that was hidden by my side fringe. I have been waitin for it to grow back so i can redo it but for some reason it won't grow back and looks terrible i have really odd eyebrows!
