like with my parents. my mum and dad, they show affection and ring me i ring my mum and dad. but im 29 and are battling with an undiagnosed mental health condition. ive recentley been in a crisis point with it all. and had the mental health crisis team out to see me. ive been isolating myself in my small flat. really in a rut with racing thoughts, low moods where i cant get dressed, brush my teeth. not able to go out because i have distressing symptoms..feelings of detachment, that im going to lose control of my anger, incredable anxiety. feeling numb. feeling paranoid. feelings of unreality. then i used to have outbursts. stare like im in a trance, get into confrontations, lose control, full of rage, act out, impulsive banging into people..so for these reasons ive stopped going out, because im scared to lose control. i want a life, my own home, a good job, a nice girl, i have these dreams i want, ive never had any of these. however my dad rang me before asking hows it going.

when i get REALLY upset unusual things happen...

if i'm upset and try to make a phone call there will be no dial tone. even when i turn the phone off/on quickly- NOTHING. it's as if i can't make a phone call i could later regret... i can't call out until i'm calmed down

one day i was upset with my husband. we were in a hurry to go somewhere and i asked him to go upstairs to retrieve something i had forgotten. he said he was busy. i STORMED through the house and as i ran up the "maid's stairs" the first light bulb burnt out. i paused for a moment but continued up the stairs (still in raged). when i reached the top of the stairs the light bulb in the fixture made a "zap" noise and burnt out....

these things happen A LOT when i'm upset. my house is VERY haunted (no doubt in anyones mind)... BUT are these occurances something that I AM DOING without knowing how i'm doing it OR is it a spirit using my energy?

I am filing for an EIN - Employer Idenitification Number and the application asksif I am on a fiscal or calendar year. What is the difference of filing for either type of calendar for tax purposes? Is one better than the other? By the way I am a registered LLC company in the state of California.

The song is really old, but i still remember it. The type is Blink182 style, or Sum41- that kind of music. I can't remember anything other then these lyrics:

she broke up with me over 2 weeks ago. found it hard but was coping- anyhow went out fri night with my mates and guess who i bumped into. She was all alone as her mates had buggered off and left her. got to say we were both quite drunk.
I cut my night out short to walk her home. along the way I asked her why hasnt she been missing me (as i met her a few days before and she said she was fine and happier without me)
anyway she actually told me it was a front- that she's been crying herself to sleep everynight and really misses me.
along the way home I asked her why she doesnt want to be with me and why doesnt she like me. we ended up kissing un all that and she came back to mine. Anyhow found out by looking on her fone that she has been seeing someone already. asked her bout it and she said she likes him, and she's only kissed him.

i just cant believe she would brak up with me-then play me by messing with my head. I havent contacted her since, though i cant get her out my head HELP

Ben and Zero are talking when Ben says, "Hey, Zero, if you can tear this piece of paper in half, I'll give you a quarter." Zero then proceeds to tear the paper in half. Ben takes one of the halves, tears it in half, and gives it to Zero, saying, "Here's your quarter!"



Zero wanders off, saying how neat that is and wouldn't it be great to find someone else to pull this on.

My ipod nano says that it is a 1GB and will hold 240 songs. When I add up to about 40 songs, it says that there is not enough space and that it cannot import all the songs requested. Why is this so? Is there a way to fix it? Please help!

(please note: It has nothing to do with my computer space, its all Itunes)

As you can see, the Jaguars were very unpredictable last season, they lost to some horrible teams but then they beat some of the best including a huge win over the colts. Their running game is great but the recievers and QBs are not that good. What do you think they need to do offensively or defensively to make the playoffs

I just broke up with my boyfriend and it's only been just over a week.

I completed the painstaking process of giving each others stuff back, i really didn't want to see him and hadn't been texting him; but I saw him last night when i was leaving his road after leaving the last of his stuff inside his front door along with his key.

We had been going out for a year but i didn't want to go out with him anymore as it just didn't seem to working.

I keep looking at his myspace and he seems to be out partying every night and I keep getting quite upset over it. It seems he's back to his old ways of being a bit of a for want of a better expression sl*t.

So any suggestions would be good...

I am not a vegetarian but I am interested in going on a vegetarian detox diet.
I am a chef so I know how to make a number of vegetarian dishes and I also know the values of certain vegetables.
I was wondering if anyone has a tried and true vegetarian detox plan that that has worked for them.
