in what context? tho, in general it could mean something about youve tried long and hard enough at something that the other person has decided to submit and give in.
tho the context really makes all the difference, because it could also mean the other person is giving up, or any number of other things.

It means that you were bugging and bugging and annonying someone until they finally said "yes." They really don't want to say "yes" but you were so annonying and they just wanted to get you away from them so they said ok.
