To get pregnant? No, blood type doesn't affect that.

But there is one minor consideration for *some* mothers *after* their first child, and you don't need to worry because the delivering doctor will inform you if it's needed:

If the mother is a "minus" blood type and the father is "positive", and if the mother has a baby with positive blood type, then there is a risk of *later* babies triggering the mother's immune response. But there is an injection your doctor can give the mother after the first birth (if needed), to prevent this.

I don't think so. My mother in law told me it would be hard for me to get pregnant. I am A+ and my husband is O-. We have a beautiful 11 month old baby girl. I wish you the best of luck.

Blood types have nothing to do with weather a person can pregnant or not. Either way pregnancy will happen if it's meant to be.
