Currently I'm in the process of buying a home / rental house in Michigan, and would like to know in general what extra requirements Section 8 inspection will need for the process to go smootly.

The seller is very motivated and will assist in the upgrades if any, the house has passed Safety inspection and up to state codes, but my Agent informed me of Section 8 Laws / Articles, since the house is in process I'm unable to order the Section 8 Inspection until the documents are cleared Title/ deed, etc.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

P.S. I'm aware of the some ups and downs of Section 8, however there is a high demand for section 8 properties in this area and I've already started my screening process and almost everyone is asking if the house is approved by Section 8. I just want to be preapproved to ensure I've covered all the basics.

I connected my DVD player using the component output of the DVD to the component input of my TV using the existing RCA (yellow,red & white) but only blue color is displayed with distortions. Can you give suggestions in fixing my problem? Thanks.

If I invest Rs.10000 in Icici Prudential Growth Fund for 20 years and suppose get a return of 35% every year, what will be the approximiate amount?Will it e around Rs.20 lakhs?
Ex. First Year Rs.10000+35%=13500
Second Year Rs.13500+35%=18825

The people I want to stand up with me are my brother, sister, and two (female) friends. My bride-to-be's in the same situation; her brother and three (female) friends.

Our idea, as it stands right now, is to have our brothers as Best Man and, um, Dude of Honor, and then have three bridesmaids each.

I get nervous around most people that im not familiar with. I hate it but its become normal for me to act this way. I need to stop but i never am able to. I avoid people whenever possiable.
