Most women WON'T stare at a guy if he's ugly. If you think she's looking because she likes you, do something about it (REALLY). There may be other reasons, f'r instance:

1- She can't resist your cologne
2- She wants to ask you to the dance, rave, football game, etc. but she stutters.
3- Something on your nose
4- Fly open
5- You just fell off the turnip truck and she knows it.
6- She wants to ask if that''s a banana in your pocket, or are you just happy to see her.
7- Adjusting the g-string and just happened to be looking that way
8- She KNOWS what your thinking
9- One Word: Myopia
10- She is hot for your body and figures you'd better make a move pretty soon.

we judge everything and everyone.
so if some lady is staring intently at you from a distance, she is judging your look. whether its good or bad you cant really tell.

now if shes staring into your eyes, thats different.
thats more a sign of attraction or interest.
