don't know if I know the true answer but my wife is a filipina and she is 4'9" and I would certainly say she is short even to filipinos but she doesn't stand out there near as much as she does here. So based on that I would say 5'-5'2"

well most the average tall for the filipina is 5 feet..im 5'4height and for the other filipina im tall..but to other women in the world like american western and european 5 '4 is still short
