What's the best weight for your best performance.

I'm female, 25, and I weigh 11stone. I'm 5'5. was thinking of losing 2 stone and seeing if that will improve my riding.

What do you think?

If anyone bothers to look back they see that America started off with Native Americans & Mexicans. Then white people came & they brung Asians & Africans with them. American has NEVER been white so white people have no reason to think that it should be. Plus, white people haven't the right to get upset at others cuz they are proud of the country they came from. Just cuz someone comes to America don't mean they have to give up thier feelings for where they came from. Sure, America is better off then most everywhere else; that is why everyone wants to come here. But that don't mean other countries aren't good. Every country is good. I think that everyone should be proud of where they came from & be able to talk about thier country. Don't let my advitar fool you, Im white.

ok.here's the problem.i keep talking a lot abt my crush, & how cute he looks & some guys in his class had gone & told him that i talk of him in a wrong way & that i constantly keep on complimenting his looks.apparently,my crush thinks i'm a psychopath now(seriously-one of my friends had explained to him that it's just my hyper way of dealing with crushes & that it's my personality but he wasn't convinced)...now he's freaked out by everything i do.(he doesn't know me very well.we hardly talk & i assume he doesn't know my real character at all,or has even bothered to find out).when i confronted him abt this & apologised,he just told me that he didn't know who to trust.was this a wise thing to do?
plus i just want to know why he thinks i'm such a psycho.i mean,i don't think that ANYONE would be freaked out by compliments & attention,are they?
guys-what would you do in a situation like this?listen to your friends,or ask the girl herself?would you even give her a chance to explain?

made you sooo mad that you want to kick him repeatedly? Mine does this on a regular basis and I think he either enjoys it or doesn't care. I feel like I am raising another child. I have tried to leave him many times, but he just won't go. With 4 kids I don't want to be the one to move. I am frustrated and don't know what to do. I am sick of asking him for consideration. I am sick of asking for his help. I am sick of getting so mad at him. He knows what buttons to push though. I actually wanted to kick him this morning. I like to think that I have myself under control. I never lose it with any of my kids, and they like to try my patience. I don't think I should have to work so hard with a spouse. (Technically, he is just a boyfriend, we have been together for 7.5 years though.) I am sick of the head games. I would like this to be straight and simple. I would like him to do his jobs so that I can do mine. How the hell do I make that happen?? Yes, I am already thinking about leaving....

I got a mole removed from my face. My doctor stitched and I came back 2 days later to get the stitches removed. he then used dermabond on it. The cut is about 1 cm. 3 days later, I pulled it off by accident (with a bandaid). the would is not fully healed because ti's still pink, but it does not split or bleed. It'll be another 12-16 hours before the doctors office opens. Will it scar?
