Study the important notes, make short hand notes to look over, have a study schedule, amke sure you have breaks every hour, and get out in the garden and meditate to alleviate stress.
Don't study the morning of an exam, you know as much as you are going to know by then.

Relax your self, with meditation and try to concentrate your mind towards peaceful thinking. Never panic in such period, i know its very difficult to achieve, but meditation and Omkar pranayama will surely help, including breathing exercice.

relax & meditate .... lisen to soft music ..... work hard but party harder after the exams
