Before I started working out I was 165 pounds. After 2 months or so of working out in 1 and a half to 2 hour sessions I now weigh 180 pounds. I've been working on my abs with machines and doing crunches almost every day. Right now, I'm still pale on the stomach. In certain lights where it creates a contrast you can see the chiseled ridges.

I was wondering what I can do to make my abs more definitive? Any resources would help.

I'd like to read something by an established authoer who has a penchant for writing (well) about events in confined spaces or claustrophobic environments- a plot that does not leave a single room, for instance.

I'm a very, very angry man. Seriously, everything annoys me. EVERYTHING.

I'm thinking of putting a few essays on to the internet to put across my point of view. The problem is, I know from experience my point of view is never very popular. In fact, I've had death threats before.

The problem is (to other people I mean) is that I take the human equation out of everything. I don't see why humans should have any more rights than, say, a duck.

Anyhoo, I was thinking of writing essays about (off the top of my head) guns, cars, public transport, smoking, religion, terrorism, tabloids, grammar, Fridays, children, society, the status quo, music, literature and wasps.

I'm only going to bother putting them on the internet if I know somebody is going to read them. Otherwise, I'll just babble them all out in the pub like I normally do.

Just so you know, it's highly likely that you'll disagree (or be offended) by most of what I write, but would you read it anyway?

if a female refuses and is always claiming they are tired or scared of the pain of sex, should the guy feel disapointed or should he accpet it for the best and put the wife first? beofre there used to be fore play etc but now the wife doesnt like "wet" kisses and feels sensative if i kiss her any where, she says shes "depressed all the time? could this have a big effect on sex drive? also its been 3 months since marridge, do all women want to be "right" i.e get annoyed if their husband misplaces things regularly and have an argument about it or are they understandin that they love their husband and appreciate the effort, i.e trying to help with washing up, laundry and other duties and be more responsible? i have a plump oval face and usually go for a ponytail or a plait.low lying ponytail or plait look good on me.how can i enliven my look with the ponytail and plait itself?

People speak of loving your enemies, of doing good for evil.

But they hate Satan? Why? Is it only because he does evil?

What bible verse says that Satan is NOT an enemy to love?
Where does it say that we are to hate him?
It may indicate you can't serve 2 masters, but would God create
Satan if he didn't love him?

Aren't we to love the sinner (Satan) but hate the things he/she/they do?

I am not saying we should worship Satan, but if we hate Satan for being evil, shouldn't we hate every other person who is also?

I have seen some people who have done so much evil, I would of thought they are Satan. If it is ok to hate Satan for doing evil, isn't it ok to basically hate everybody since no-one is perfect?
