some times hard disc not find comes.
when I start in safe mode other than changing option next dialog box does not open

Its an hardware problem for sure.
Check all the connectors for loose contact - if you can open the laptop, if not OK check by replacing the hard dist.
Or else take it to the service centre.

boot off your OS disc, stare at blue setup info DO not press F2,wait for choice to press enter or R. Press R in black window it opens type the number one,hit enter,asks for password, hit enter again. Now at C:\.... prompt type CHKDSK /r and hit enter. there is one space between K and \ . good starting point to diagnose wether file sys is messeed up or drive is failing.

if its saying operating system not found it cold mean your hard drive as lost the windows operating system or your hard drive is not plugin right,try takeing the hard drive out then putting it back in.if it dont work you might half to instal windows again.
