Before I started working out I was 165 pounds. After 2 months or so of working out in 1 and a half to 2 hour sessions I now weigh 180 pounds. I've been working on my abs with machines and doing crunches almost every day. Right now, I'm still pale on the stomach. In certain lights where it creates a contrast you can see the chiseled ridges.

I was wondering what I can do to make my abs more definitive? Any resources would help.

You need to do some cardio to loose the fat. Once the fat is gone, the abs will show. I'm working on the same thing. Change your diet to decrease the amount of fat consumption, & do more cardio.
