Our politicians are caught lying all the time. They have lied to get us into every war and conflict. Americans are truly dumb. The European's news isn't as filtered as ours. They learn some of the truth. We never get the truth, so it's why we are so gullible. We are so stupid we not only think we have the right to barge into any country we want and do whatever we want. We are appauld if they even say anything negative about it. One soldier who came from Iraq with his foot shot off and his wife said, he was going back to show them what they had done to him. For one thing many people don't know that Israel is shooting our soldiers in Iraq. Israel is setting off bombs. Israel is the reason we are in Iraq and Israel is the reason we are going into Iran.

I have a volital (sp?) lionfish. We had him a week and he didn't eat the sinking pellets that we had. So we went to the fish store and he suggested feeder guppies, so we got six of them and he ate them ALL!!! How many should we give him at a time and how often? I also don't want to go to the store everyday to get more. How do you "store" live feeder guppies? I don't know anything about this stuff, so any and all advise will be greatly appreciated. When we bought the lionfish, another gentleman at the store said that he would eat the pellets, but he was apparantly wrong. Thank you!!!

I want to start eating more healthily so instead of snackking on junk food in the afternoons at work, I've started to eat dried fruit and nuts.

I just wondered whether it is good for you or whether its another one of these so called health foods that are really pumped full of sugar and salt?!
