If you worked those jobs in 2006, they will be required to send them to you by mail to the last address they have on record for you. Because the W-2 form contains personal information, generally online access is limited solely to current employees, if your employer even offers online access to your W-2 (this is typically offered only through a company's secure intranet site). If your company's payroll was/is handled by a third party payroll provider such as ADP or Ceridian, they might allow access through their sites.

If you have not recieved your W-2 forms, and it is past Jan. 31. You physically have to call that previous employer, and give them the address as to where you want your W-2 sent.

They are not required to send it to you On-Line. As nice as that may seem.

They are however, required to keep your W-2 in their files, or provide it for you when you ask for it. For example if you moved and they sent it to your old address. You are responsible for calling the old manager and asking for it. This happens all the time. Even if you left on bad terms, it is up to you to speak w/someone directly , they know it is their legal obligation to send this to you right away.

When you ask, they will probably get it to you with in a week or 10 days. That gives them enought time to call thier accountant to get another copy printed if needed. Good Luck.

Contact the employers. Not all employers offer on-line access. If they do, they'll tell you how to go about it. If the don't offer on-line access, they'll have to send them to you.
