I have mixed feelings towards them. Firstly there are those sockets for the plugs with three prong things. These are my favourites. They remind me of home and they make me feel safer because the plugs fit in them securely. I also prefer them because my hairdryer etc all fit in them without needing an adapter to convert them. Then there's the other European ones with two holes. These took some getting used to but I think I finally have the hang of it. It is annoying when I can't find an adapter to change the plugs so that they fit though. I also don't feel as safe with them because the plugs seem to hang out of them sometimes. There is also an evil plug socket in my bedroom that sends big blue and white sparks out whenever I go near it. I try and avoid him...ok that's a lie. I use him all the time because he's closest to my bed and I like to have my phone charging near me. Sometimes I even think the sparks are pretty - one of these things you don't appreciate until they're gone maybe? Finally, there's the American plugs. They scare me to death, and I am used to scary plugs...I mean I've told you about the evil one. These two-pronged-horrors are not to be trusted...and I'd strongly recommend not trying to force a European plug into them...(bad experiences)
So yeah, plug sockets! Can't live with 'em, can't live without 'em!

Are these like eye sockets? I don't really feel anything unless I get poked in them.
